We understand that circumstances can change and ask that if you have any concerns, to contact us as soon as possible! The sooner we are aware of a concern or a problem, the sooner we can work together to come up with a solution. So it is really important to stay in regular contact with your Support Specialist and your training centre if there’s an issue. 

We always want to give you the best possible chance of finishing your training and will do our best to support you - this could mean moving you to a later course date, arranging for you to get an extension or facilitating extra support on your assignments.
