It’s easy to update your supporters on how your training or job search is going. In your Member Hub you can find the link to the My Supporter Update form. From here you can write your news and submit a photo or video to go with it. This link is also emailed and texted to you once a month as a reminder.
Your message will then get sent out to everyone who has donated directly to your campaign and anyone who comes to your page can see how you’re doing.
If you would like to reply to one supporter in particular, let your member manager know and they’ll be happy to pass on your message by email. We ask you not to reply to comments on social media, like Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, using your personal account because then supporters might see your personal details. But we can post a comment on your behalf if you would like us to.
