Contingency budget items

When creating a campaign budget, we work together with each individual to consider all the different items we need to fund to help them get into work or housing. However, sometimes the costs of those items might change during the time it takes to raise the money. In other cases, unforeseen costs relating to, say, equipment might be incurred at a later date.

To ensure we have funds for these scenarios, we crowdfund a contingency budget item on each campaign which is equivalent to 10% of the campaign total. This money is then pooled between all the campaigns and accessed as and when individual people need it. The full 100% of contingency money is used for campaign-related expenses.
