But this list is not exhaustive - the Beam model is highly personalised and everyone has the opportunity to pursue a journey that is as unique as them. So far, we’ve supported individuals into more than 50 different career pathways.
Additionally, we only work with vetted training providers who we believe offer the best possible routes for progression for the people we support.
Beam also works with employers to place individuals in jobs before they have started their training whenever possible.
